24.04-2.x how does it work at this point for you ?
-
@domubpkm
It depends on the device.
Everything was working perfectly for me until four days ago, but it won’t start up anymore since the latest updates.
I have a miatoll device. -
@domubpkm Of course, we can use Ubuntu Touch as our everyday smartphone. There’s no question about that. There’s also no question that we have to do without certain features.
It depends on how you weigh the pros and cons to determine whether the benefits ultimately outweigh the drawbacks for you.

@Moem Exact ! For me, it's about volla 22, but it's interesting to know how it's running on other devices at this point.

I need to test again soon,
When I tested a few month ago the OSK (on-screen keyboard) was not working anymore in XWayland apps ( uWolf, Chromium for UT, Signal UT, Whatsnew, Min browser, Rocket.Chat), which is a huge problem for me.
If someone has tested maybe you can say if it is better now.

no bug present in stable is fixed in it, no blocker for my limited use - however for anyone using an xwayland app doing tricky business to get an on screen keyboard 24.04-2 is a no-go -
@Moem
Yes.
The 24.04-2.x release is well on track (in my opinion) and the 26.4-1.x release is already incredibly usable, provided you’re willing to accept the risk that comes with these being development versions, which may (and will) break from time to time to provide feedback to the developers.
If you need 99.99% reliability, it’s prudent to stick with the stable, tried-and-tested versions.
I’d like to take this opportunity to express my admiration for the quality of the work that’s been done. -

Is exPhone (call blocker) working yet ?
What's about webapps already installed (webber webapps) ? working yet ? -
@domubpkm
Both are working but still with the old morph support. The QT6 support is coming.
Ambot (and the corner and notch are not working).
I don't use Webber much anymore because native apps like Greenline or Disports work better (in my opinion) -
@Moem How to get Ubuntu Touch 24.04-2.0 ?
