        Hi everybody,
I noticed that my Dekko2 on 15.04 (Nexus 5) doesn't download emails with data connection, just with WiFi at home or workplace. I tried to activate roaming, in case of misinterpretation of net, but nothing changed. Any help? Thank you!

@misterti is it possible that your telecom provider is doing something weird with the connection? Can you try with a SIM card of a different provider?

If Dekko still keeps failing, you can file a bug report here https://gitlab.com/dekkoproject/dekko/issues

@lakotaubp we should ask @DanChapman about the Forum in his site, maybe he removed it or maybe it's down just for whatever reason.

Hi @advocatux , I am sure it is note a problem of my telecom provider, because I tried using my data connection as a hotspot and I did not have any problem in downloading emails ont seems my PC (Ubuntu, Thunderbird). So, It seems a problem of Dekko2. I was looking for dekkoproject forum but the page is always down...

@misterti Hi, the link has been down for a few days now not sure why except @DanChapman is very busy helping sort out the up coming 16.04.
Just as one more check can you see if the settings on your laptop/pc match those that are in dekko2. I had an issue where the security settings did not quite match. Also not sure if you use gmail but if you do have you enabled insecure apps on your google account. If you haven't nothing will come through.

@lakotaubp thank you. I enabled insecure apps and it was ok! Just another little problem: I have a third account, a non commercial one, I can download just the sender and the object, but i can't see the body of the email...and i do not see those emails in the all inboxes area, but in the separated inbox. do you think it is a problem of dekko settings or of the provider? It is POP, maybe IMAP it's better?

@misterti one down onto the next : ) just guessing as I only have commercial email accounts, but one was POP. I did have to mess with the settings for it and did change to imap settings and now it does work as the others. So give it a try. The body text may be something similar to the gmail thing and your providers settings. lets see what happens with imap first.
