      Hey guys,

I have some wierd behavior on my Phone App.

      first thing:
Every time I call somebody, UI of phone app freeze but the connection works. It's not possible to push any buttons. I have to kill the app by swiping from the right side. If somebody calls me - Phone App works as expected.

      second thing:
The history of called contacts works fine. But, if I push phone button (green button on the bottom). App doesn't open last called number, instead it opens a number I called some month ago.

somebody an idea how I can fix it?

      Hardware:
      BQ E4.5
      Channel: RC

      Best regards from Germany!!!

@ds810 I've moved your question to Support.

What OS are you running on your phone? Vivid or xenial?

HU! r15 is the old Canonical version? Did you ever change to UBports?

@flohack yes. I switched to UBports ca. 1.5 years ago... I have OpenStore on my phone etc...

Do you mean I should install UBports again?

@ds810 I think he meant that if you're running "r15" that's Canonical's, not UBports' image

@advocatux I understood. But I wouldn't have OpenStore on my phone if it would Cannonical image - right? I also can switch to different release channels like: stable/rc/dev. So far I know it's also an UBports feature.

@ds810 if you go to "System Settings > About" What it says in the OS line exactly?

@ds810 that's really weird, sounds like a half-cooked installation if that's even possible.

You should see "Ubuntu 15.04 (r3)"

@advocatux I switched from RC channel back to stable. System Settings -> About shows Ubuntu 15.04 (r3). But the App still freeze.

@ds810 I don't know why it freezes. Maybe you should do a backup of the data that you want to keep, and do a factory reset, or a reinstall, because afaik nobody else is having that same issue.

Maybe @Flohack can help you to debug the issue before reinstalling UT.

@advocatux You are right. Maybe it's better just to reinstall the os.... But I think I'm not alone with this issue:

@ds810 oh, I thought that bug was closed (sorry).

Anyway, maybe you should consider to go for xenial because I think 15.04 bugs are not going to be fixed, unless they impact xenial too, of course.
