@gn-lin Welcome to the community!
It's volunteers who port devices, so unless you can port it yourself, which takes some doing, it won't happen for your device.
The easiest way to try out Ubuntu Touch is often to look for an affordable used device that's on the Devices list. But if you want to try your hand at porting, there's documentation available. -
@wally Thanks. I am not sure I can do it on my own, but please point me to the documentation.

@gn-lin This seems to be the place to start.

Greetings from West Virginia, USA!
Love Ubuntu Touch!
Been testing on my OnePlus 6T Mclaren Edition for about 2 years now.
Mainly been a forum lurker, finally decided to join because I'm so tired of the Android / iOS duopoly.
I miss OS's like Nokia's Symbian and Blackberry's BOS 10.
I've tried Phosh, Mobian, and Mobile KDE and was not as impressed as I am with Ubuntu Touch, it's just so polished and intuitive. -
@Scotsman828 Greetings!

hey,
I'm Sophie, 23 years old and currently diving into the world of IoT as part of my studies. I've been really curious about alternative mobile OSes lately, especially Ubuntu Touch

Greetings from Florida, USA,
I have installed Ubuntu Touch a couple of times already and I have to say its a lot more stable this time. As soon as I can find a phone this works on to make calls with Volte I will be daily driving it and dumping Android for good.Unfortunately I don't have any coding experience to contribute, but I do work in IT as a tech and have a few decades of troubleshooting and I want to help out. I am very much over Android/IOS at this point, and feel the time is right for a Linux phone to really shake things up given the current state of mobile OS. Plenty of experience with Ubuntu desktop having daily'ed it from Warty Warthog to Yakkety Yak, and I am still on Linux desktop, just another distro btw...
