and what is the site forum system not link any general forum scripts?

How are you trying to join the group? Via the native unofficial app? If so, I think it has problems joining supergroups, so you might need to join via the web site or web app (or another client, such as telegram-desktop on a PC) for now.

For your second question, I do not understand what you are asking.
