Does UBPorts have an official guide to porting Ubuntu Touch to new Android devices

Hi,

Just trying to see if there is a step-by-step guide for users and testers to confirm whether Ubuntu Touch will work on newer model Android devices. I'd like to help get it working with my new Android phone and I don't know if that would mean petitioning the device manufacturer for open-source drivers.
