"The installed version of this app doesn't come from the OpenStore server."

While using the OpenStore app, I came across this message for several of my installed apps:
"The installed version of this app doesn't come from the OpenStore server. You can install the latest stable update by tapping the button below."The screenshot above is just one example. I wonder why I am getting this message since I have installed all my apps through the OpenStore app.
Does anyone have an idea of the basis for this message?

I also had this messages for some apps, i think they were not properly updated from 15.04 to 16.04. (they were not migrated when i changed). Maybe the openstore gets confused with the different version numbers.

@htc_tattoo a good way to check (and fix) that is to go to System Settings > Update > Update Settings > Reinstall all apps

@htc_tattoo Thanks htc_tattoo. I hope there is nothing weirder than a bug.

@advocatux Thanks advocatux but reinstalling will only get rid of the warning message. It will not explain it.

@ubuntoutou that warning message means or that you have installed in your device a non-xenial app (i.e. a vivid one) or that you have installed an app non-published-yet in the OpenStore (the latter is a pretty common scenario when beta-testing apps straight from the developers repos).
