Hello, ever though it is an old topic, I have done the modem update recently as I had an issue with the long switching time between WiFi and 4g (or no switching at all). Problem only is that since I have no hotspot possibility any more, which was working flawless before. what can be done to restore this?

It's better if you create a new one in the dedicated Meizu category.You can refer to this thread so people know what you're refering to.
Also specify what is your initial issue as updating the modem might not have been the right move to begin with... -
