        Hi.

        I recently downloaded the file, ubports-installer.0.2.2-beta.AppImage from https://ubuntu-touch.io/get-ut. Is there a way to verify the checksum?

        How can you trust that an app really won't send some company your location data, when you tell it not to? The only way you can trust a program not to do something it isn't supposed to do is if it is free software. ~ RMS

            That's unfortunate. Do you know if there's any plans to implements this? Like having sha256/sha512 checksums or similar on the UBports page?

                    Anyway, we could say that all UT software is 'beta' and that wouldn't be too far from the truth, but it runs pretty fine in most cases.
