      I'm trying to install ubports using the latest installer on an E4.5 Krillin. I't already runs UT - just the original one.
      For some reason, the installer is stuck at "Are you ready for Ubuntu Touch on your Bq E4.5? I can't select anything.
      My computer is running Mint 18.3. I wanted to try on another computer, but for some reason, I can't get the phone to prompt my to accept the RSA-key.
      Any ideas?
      Regards

        I can't select anything.

        @Grisen hi, that issue happened to me once but I closed the installer and opened it again and the problem was solved (YMMV).

        You can try your luck with this new installer version https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/releases/tag/0.2.5-beta It's a pre-release but it's working great so far.

        About your second issue. I assume your device is on "developer mode", isn't it? It should appear a pop-up asking for your authorization.

        Usually trying with different USB cables is a good idea too.

          @advocatux
          Same deal with 0.25.

          Issue 2: It popped up on the phone when I plugged in the first computer, but nothing happened when I plugged on the second. I tried with two different cables - no difference.

          I'll try on a third computer when I get home..

          Regards

            Same on my computer at home. If I use "adb devices" it prompts with the key, dunno why it doesn't work with ubports-installer. It still stops at "Are you ready for Ubuntu Touch on your Bq E4.5?"

              @Grisen have you tried to put your device on fastboot mode before plugging it to your computer?

                Just did, and it continues if I select the device manually. Thanks!

                  I forgot to wipe, so I tried again, and now the installer works. Somehow the old installation on the phone (Canonical 15.04) stopped the installer.

                  Regards
