Camera freeze after taking photo

On latest or devel channel (currently 2019-12-26) after taking a photo I'm not able to take new one, screen remain on last taken picture.
I use to have andbox but don't have it any more.
I' tried to move from devel to latest and back to devel but without success.I know that there are some command line to do that fix the problem, but I can not find any more with ones

@saveurlinux Sorry is this a camera issue or channel change. If channel change, will the installer( without wipe option) not do it.

It's a camera issue -
Problem remain present.
I remember have seen some command lines somewhere in the forum that used to work but I can not find them any more -

As suggested in the comments of the bug report linked by @Flohack, have you tried a long swipe from right to left to bring up the list of opened apps?I occasionally have the camera freeze on my OPO (on rc channel), doing a long swipe left then selecting the camera app again usually unfreezes the camera for me.
