@furnicket
Hi it is possible. You'll probably find more information about flashing back the factory image in Android forums like XDA.
But maybe someone here will try and help you. -
@furnicket Hi, I'm also new to this, but here's what I can advise you:
You must have stock or custom ROM
for your perposes -

It will be better for you if you read a few tutorials on how to install ROM. -
@furnicket It may be better to sell this devices with UBports Ubuntu Touch. Many people here could be interested.
Your announce has to be placed on an other site but you could put a link on this forum. -
Yes list your device as normal on your chosen market place then put a link to that site in the Off Topic section if the Forum saying you have a device for sale. Please remember no price discussion etc on the Forum.

Thank you for your answers so fast, I will try to put Android back because I like to tinker and like that I will do it.
I'll keep you posted, thank you! -
I tried to install several roms on my nexus 4 (kitkat, lollipop, nitrogen) with TWRP but it does not work, during the installation on the nexus it is written:
"disassembly failed '/ system' (invalid argument)"
then a little further:
"the updater process has ended with ERROR: 7 Error installing zip file"
Do you have an idea ?
Have a good day ! -
I don't think You can install Android after UT via TWRP.
The way I did it on Oneplus One - I downloaded Stock Rom, then unpacked it and install all images with fastboot.
Have You downloaded Stock ROM for your device? -
i have lollipop and nitrogen
-
ok my nexus 4 hangs on the google logo ... when I turn it off it turns on by itself and remains blocked. the story gets complicated, I imagine it is by making mistakes that we learn
I do not know what to do... -
I just managed to install lollipop thanks to the advice of kyrylo who sent me on a tutorial very well explained: https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/how-to-how-to-flash-factory-image-t2010312
Merci à tous !
