      Hello! I am a brand new user of Ubuntu Touch and I've just flashed Ubuntu Touch onto my Nexus 5.

      Everything seems to work fine other than my Wifi. I can connect to my home wifi just fine, but I am unable to access the internet (browser, app store, etc.). Can anyone help me with this?

        @Yish This happens to me occasionally. Generally a simple reboot does fix this issue.

        Nexus 5 stable

          @Yish Welcome.

          Have you tried with a SIM card and using your mobile data plan ?

          The Nexus5 is well supported so if a simple reboot doesn't work maybe try the UBports installer again in case something went wrong the first time.

                @Flohack I am not exactly sure. I can say that when the Wifi wasn't working, it also automatically set my date to 1970.

                I set it aside for a while and put it on the charger. I turned on the screen again and saw that the date and time was correct and the Wifi was working.

                So maybe it had something to do with the battery not being charged?
