@Bolly One point I did not noticed. The hoodie has a print also on the back side. This was not mentioned in the shop.

I had the same experience - ordered a hoodie at the end of August, to be shipped to USA, and received automatic enailed confirmation the order went through, as well as confirmation the PayPal payment was made, but have not received a tracking number or confirmation it shipped yet, and no reply to me email to info@ubports.com for this yet either. Hoping to hear back soon, and looking forward to being able to rep UBports while wearing my hoodie later this fall.

Quick update, all comments, ideas have been forwarded with a few examples of sizing guides and are being looked at.

Just tried to order something from the store. Once I finished paying with my credit card, I get the following error:
Internal server error
("Unable to post message, please configure the sender's email address.",' ')My shopping cart is still listed as full and I have not received any order confirmation by email. I have not yet checked if the amount was charged to my credit card, but it looked like the payment went through (after entering the 2FA code). I did not use a user account to order.
Any idea what went wrong ? -

Just received the confirmation email and the order has been processed. Despite the error message from above.

The shopping portal is still broken. I've pit two items into the cart, click on "my cart" shows only one item, while mouse over shows correctly two.
Do you really want me to trust such a shopping system?
And btw: From where the things will be sent, inside EU (free of tax)? I don't see shipping costs and approximately time of shipping.

@guru Please use the email address above your post for enquiries. The items are sent form inside the EU and shipping costs become visible as you carry on with the process before confirming final cost, your location and paying, from what I remember. Only used it once.
I will contact someone about the glich in the webpage. -

@guru This issue should be fixed now and I can confirm postage cost is added at the next stage when you move to checkout there is then a third and final stage to complete the purchase.

I've bought three items, went through the dialog of shipping address and the payment (successful) and at the end it says:
Interner Serverfehler (internal server error) ("Unable to post message, please configure the sender's email address.", '')
and no mail is coming down. I'm unsure if the order was now successfuly received and what will happen on my Amex card
