Publish Q&A into PeerTube

I think Ubuntu Touch Q&A should be done into PeerTube instead of Youtube as it is a free and open source Video platforms.

That would be perfect, if the Ubuntu Touch Videos (Q&A etc.) would be on PeerTube.

@darkeye Live streaming is coming with PeerTube V3 without chat functionality though.
