There are some high numbers here which is reassuring indicator of the health of the UBports community. A better indication of the number of devices in use and up to date would come from the count of downloads of the latest version of popular apps.
-
Any "Most used phones" data ?!
-
This is really cool. You can see Supertux and Nymea have so much updates because UT gets updates as other more popular platforms do which is so awesome.

@nero355 no, the OpenStore isn't tracking any of that data. However the push notification server might be able to give a better idea about that. Maybe @Flohack can post some.
-
@bhdouglass That is great!
I guess I had only reported the armhf figures in the past, obtained on my Nexus 5. It is good to see the activity on more recent devices.

@nero355 its basically Nexus 5, Vollaphone, Oneplus One, Pixel 3a in that order ^^
-
@flohack
I was kind of hoping for more...Any chance there is a Top 10 available ?!
-
@nero355 the others behind are so few devices it makes not so much sense to represent them, sorry to say.

I think my phone is the most used, I use it all the time

So it seems there is no love for your OnePlus 5T port then ?!

@nero355 No unfortunately not, the OP5/5T is my best port so far, but nobody uses it ^^

Not true! I flashed it for my mom, we will soon explore the options it offers, and if she feels it can adequately replace her Android, your port will be what made a 83-year old woman (she would never forgive me if I called her a lady) switch to UT.
In fact, if that happens, chances are that I'll get the same device, the better to support her in her explorations.
That is how we switched to Linux together (and explains why I will keep using Mint Cinnamon as long as she is around). -
@flohack Great to hear, makes me happy
-
@flohack BTW see https://forums.ubports.com/topic/7235/known-issues for my last big issues
