Devices pages need love

@cliffcoggin
When a user comes to the forum for help after installing on a device, it's better if it's clear an easy to find the right one.
In a general maner also, a clear and easy to browse forum is good, wich ubports one is, but this devices pages could be even better. -

I agree with that, but I don't see how your proposal makes things clearer. As a newcomer, I would recognise 'Oneplus 1' faster and easier than 'Bacon'.

Let's take Google part, we don't need the "Subforum for Google Nexus and Pixel devices" text, same for each device, don't need "Google" in front of any, we know that already, instead we could have "Device (codename)".
As much as I love the "removing Google" part I think that would confuse a lot of novice/new users
People usually look for their phone by it's regular name and only after reading more about it find out it has a code name...
Also in case of the Nexus models there is the Google and the LG version so I think you really need to keep the original brand and name in such a case!

@moem
I said that would be nice to put "One (Bacon)" not only bacon.
This way it even make people learn codenames if you will. -

I did not say to "remove google" but remove vendor name in front of each device.
Nexus 5, from Google subforum, as marked in subforum name, is a google phone, no need to put google in front of each phone, as it is in the vendor subforum name.How can i be zo misunderstood by both of you ?

@keneda
I think it's because you are trying to change something that doesn't need changing -

I said that would be nice to put "One (Bacon)" not only bacon.Okay, now I understand you better. Well, adding the code name could be an improvement, yes.
But removing the brand name Oneplus from the Oneplus 2, Oneplus 3/3t (and so on) subforums... I just don't see how that will make anything better. -
Dit you EDIT this into my post ?!
How can you say that if you don't understand what i mean and why ?
Please don't

No big deal, but just saying...
The other day I somehow managed to close my browser with one move while I had multiple tabs opened so uhm... yeah... stuff happens!
