If by "this" you mean Ubuntu Touch the answer is no, unless you are a skilled programmer and are prepared to create a port specifically for that phone.

@crew51m Each device needs it's own port as mentioned also see link below. Also I have moved your post, again see link below. Porting is not easy but there is help if you want to try and yourdevice is suitable.

Porting Ubuntu Touch is not the same as porting and android rom, so be ready to face issues you'd not get in android world.
Good luck in porting, sur it will be usefull for other users if you suceed.
