Oneplus One Halium 9 port in the works...

Just a heads-up for all beloved OPO users, there is a working H9 port being prepared, and we try to get this into a state where you all can test it.
This is a pre-requisite to try to carry this device over to 20.04 base. I feel excited, and we will keep you updated!

@fparri Currently i'm working on fixing the kernel, because of it being 3.4 it's ancient enough to cause me so many troubles that sometimes I contemplate on just leaving the port alone. However if you would like to contribute as well then kernel is on github.com/muhammad23012009/android_kernel_oneplus_msm8974/tree/halium-9.0-focal (force-pushes are sometimes unevitable
