Is there a decent text editor for Ubuntu Touch? Nothing fancy, just some app other than nano (which is no fun without a keyboard) that can open and edit text files (with or without .txt in their name), save them to a directory of my choice and has basic functions such as copy, paste, select all?
I tried Light P Word Processor, tededit, utext, but unfortunately none of them fit the criteria above. Am I out of options?

@anna - medit, leafpad, mousepad and gedit can work ok, if a little bit clunky on phones, in Libertine containers. Otherwise the ones you already mentioned are the best current choices.
Best regards,.

You can use seabass 2 as a text editor i guess, even if it is a code editing app. -
Yeah Seabass 2 is the best but take note that it's unconfined and it's geared more towards programming/coding. I use it more text editing though
