Pushnotifications in browser or webapps under Ubuntu Touch 20.04

Hi there,
does anybody know what has to be done to enable pushnotifications either in morph or sapot browser using focal on a vollaphone X23 to be precise?It seems that focal is not capable of this feature yet. But I would highly appreciate this function for webapps (created for example with the help of webber).
This is my first post in this forum, so please be gentle and tell me politely if I did something wrong placing my question here.
