Disable app suspension in 20.04

In UT 16.04 suspension for an app could be disables with UT Tweak. Now this app is still not available for 20.04. Is there any way to disable app suspension from the command line in 20.04?
Long downloads require to disable the terminal from suspending, IMHO.

@wgarcia There's a beta build of the tweak tool in Gitlab. If you can't find that, install the xenial version. App management still works there.
