M10 FHD randomly boots up when plugged in charger
-
Is this ridiculous bug even being targeted? And how is this weirdness even possible? UT didn't have this behavior. This is so goddamn annoying that makes me want to flash Android back, which i wouldn't want to do for so many reasons.
This doesn't only happen when you plug in the charger, but it can boot up when it has been under charge for a while.
Is anyone else having this problem?

had this problem with an old version of Ota but now everything works without worries. I have the M10 FHD.
j'ai eu ce problème avec un ancienne version d'Ota mais maintenaint tout fonctionne sans soucis. J'ai la M10 FHD.

What OTA are you using? I have latest OTA3 from Stable.

I have been running the RC version for a bit now amd I have not come across this at all. I have the FHD too. Have you thought about moving to the Release Candidate version?

I'll give that a go. I once tried the dev branch and it messed up the tablet instantly. Not too eager to try beta versions.

@andromeda I'm running the dev channel (15.04 r61) without issue on m10 fhd. So be brave and give them a trycan't be any worse can it !

j'ai la 15.04 r3
I have the 15.04 r3

I have installed it on two of my three tablets and iy is fine, no issues at all. The good thing with iy I find is that you have more releases for iy feela like you are getting more done with the build

I have this version on my tablet and i thought that this bug was gone, but no. Today it rebooted itself once more while charging...
Perhaps this bug and that no wifi autoconnect is related to that possible nvram failure i got during flashing to UBports?
Guess it's gonna be flash back to shitty Android if there are no solutions.

@andromeda Sorry your still having issues. Only thing I could suggest on my little knowledge/experience would be to back up everything factory reset the tablet and try a clean install of ubports. It's a right old faff of a job but if its still doing it after that it may well be the hardware, thats if you haven't tried that already of course.
If its only restarting when charging it may be charger issue but I guess you've tried different chargers well/ cables as well.
