I installed UT a few times now (mostly from my Macbook OS Moyave) to my Nexus 7 2013 and it works like a dream.
Really good piece of software, easy to use and clear menus+instructions.
I wish, other ROMs were flashable so easy, hehehe
Awesome job on this one - keep UT going strong! A simple, working, easy to use installer is an important step to spread out UT to the masses.

@SnowyMtnWeb Hi, I was able to re-install Android OS (more specific: LinageOS with nano Gapps)
The thing was (I assume) the difference in "bootloader".
I had to flash TWRP onto my Nexus first, so that ubuntu "recovery" gets overwritten (sorry, don´t know how to explain)
After that, I was able to install Android ROMs again. Before, I did not flash TWRP recovery on my nexus and I think this caused my attempts of re-fitting Stock ROM to fail! (not 100% sure, but possible)

maybe the developer of this app reads this:
When I open a link from firefox send in the browser, the DL does not start.
After a short flicker, everything returns to blank browser page again.
I am using UT stable on 2013 Nexus 7 (flo) WiFi

I am not a coder, but I can come up with a basic app, if I have an environment, that features some
drag´n´drop possibilities, to put together UI and then gives options to "put some simple instructions behind the buttons"...
sounds like there is no such thing for creating UT Web App - I was hoping Web App Creator would have such features... but looks like, it dont.

I have read most of this Web App Guide and I wonder, if I got this right:
So a Web App is basically "just" a browser view of a website, but without adress-bar and back´n´forth buttons (if the creator decides so). You can "restirict", what subdomains (if any) or pages can be openend by the user - and that´s all ?!
I was looking for a tool/way to do this, but a bit more userfriendly:
I´d like to do a UI with buttons that will connect to certain subdomains or pages, when the user klicks them. So instead of having menus/submenus, text-links and buttons displayed from the original website, I´d like to make my own layout of this!
I don´t think, this is possible with "Web App Creator" - or am I mistaken?

Maybe I should try flashing an "Full OTA" package to my Nexus, instead of a factory image?
Like I said, I tried from lowest and highest number of Android version, which is 4.3 (lowest)
and 6.0.1 for latest ROM - both produced a "boot-loop" on my device, after flash-script
finished.
I think I had to switch to "Recovery mode", instead of "Start" for installing an OTA?
Can somebody help me out a bit, please?

yesterday, my Nexus 7 flo powered off completly two times.
I was watching some video with the on board player then locked my tablet and put it away for some (longer) time - maybe 1-2 hrs. Then I picked it up again and I had to turn it on - because it was off.
I left the mediaplayer running (video was paused) before I locked it by tapping the powerbutton 1x
First, I thought this may drained the battery, but it wasn´t the case. Power was still at around 80%.
I startet videoplayer again, paused it and locked screen. This time, I left the device connected to powercord the whole night.
this morning, the device was "off" again. looks like it has shutdown it self again...
After watching video again today, I left it locked again for like 30min and it has not shut down itself.
Hmmm, maybe I should just wait longer, until this shutdown happens?
Yesterday, it was conencted to WLAN all the time, but actually, it has no WLAN avail... besides this, I can not imagine any other significant difference, to yesterday...
I did not noticed such behavior in the past few days (but I did not have mediaplayer opened, when locking tablet back then - so I think this could be the issue)
Is this a know issue / bug / feature?
Is there may a logfile, that will give some clues, why it has shut down?
