A little update after 15 days : the smartphone doesn't work.
I don't know what to do. Maybe I will try to reinstall Ubuntu, but if android has crashed too, I don't know how to reinstall it.
Maybe the best would be to ask someone to do it for me, but I don't know if this type of service exists.

I finally reached the fastboot mode.
I used the ubports-installer and wanted to reinstall Ubuntu Touch, but to my surprise, the installer saide that the device is not supported for UT.
How is it possible whereas Ubuntu Touch was installed on this phone before it crashed ?
I am so confused now...

i am afraid that the problem comes from the smartphone: I saw a forum where users complained about the same problem and they are under android.
This user is in my case (crash after an update) but he is under Android :
Oneplus service system asks for 300€ to change the motherboard...
I tried to reboot by pressing switch key and sound key.
I can reach this screen, but no matter which key I press, the device goes back to "fatal exception".
When I plug the device on my computer and I go to the Ubports-installer, the installer cannot recognize the device.
What can I do?
