Further investigation reveals that the green screen is a YouTube thing. Other sites display black screen or video does not play.

YT suggest turning off hardware acceleration and/or updating graphics driver.

Just upgraded to 20.04 on my Volla. Online videos are just displaying a blank green screen although the audio is coming through. Oddly, the videos have a copyright overlay which does show.

Videos in the Gallery display as normal.

I only received my Volla a few weeks ago with UT pre-installed. I am wary of updating to OTA 22 in case the phone is bricked and I lack the knowledge to fix it.

Has anybody actually applied the update? What was your experience?

Even installing WaydroidHelper displays a frightening warning message! Has anyone installed Waydroid using the helper?

OK It seems that more work needs to be done with BT.

I successfully paired with my car but the name of the car is 'unknown' which is not very useful.

And, of course, the name of my phone is stuck at the default which can only be changed by writing to a file HELD IN READ ONLY MEMORY!

Thanks for the reply. Does this mean that file transfer with bluetooth is not possible out of the box?

I just received my phone and am testing the features. I can pair the phone with my laptop (Linux Mint). If I try to send a file from the laptop to the phone there is an immediate error. The Log on the laptop says 'Forbidden'. Any ideas?

Also, how do I send a file from the phone to the laptop?
