@stanwood Phew. Thanks for confirming that was an acceptable method of installing as well. It wasn't clear to me if the adb bridge had any additional privilege or access than sudo directly in Ubuntu Touch.

I'm really eager to start playing with this functionality.

I was a bit too eager to try out the Anbox on my Nexus 5 Ubuntu Touch device and messed up the install according to the instructions posted here: https://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/userguide/dailyuse/anbox.html

Instead of using adb to execute the anbox-tool install, I used sudo anbox-tool install from the Ubuntu Touch terminal app. I don't see an anbox-tool command for reinstalling or uninstalling anbox-tool.

Will I be okay or do I need to take some further action to repair my mistake? Thanks in advance.
