Normal user need help ,How can get notification to work for Axolotl and GPS for uNav on Nexus 5 and on which phone it will work?
Nexus 5 is a very handy phone,not to big,but guess a little bit out of time. same problems got with my MX4 original UT
Is there any development for Fairphone 4 in next future.

Hurra Hurra,finally managed to install it with an old laptop with antix linux on it,including deb file for ubports-installer, adb and fastboot and my new original meizu usb-cable.
in the beginning doesn't work ,stuck on transferring data.Than changed channel to rc and everything works fine,took some time but finally its showing up on my MX4. not bad for an old man with no skills in PC,Linux and phones,but forum helps a lot and with copy and past most of I can do....

just organized a new original meizu USB-cable and same problems like all the other ones,even different Distros and PC doesn't help, guess have put my meizu 4 in book shelf and wait for any solution or new update for the installer, thanks for helping anyway

just booted in recovery mode and adb listed the device, when running the installer its always lost connection until "preparing system",by the way tried both on Ubuntu and Solus Linux.

adb detects the phone : adb devices

• daemon not running; starting now at tcp:5037
• daemon started successfully
  List of devices attached
  75HABM3QVHRX device
  but the installer doesn't detect it ,have to do it manually and after running the installer got same problem,like always
  phone will be not detected in recovery mode.

Sorry getting confused now,the only thing I am seeing is Ubuntu 15.04-armhf (20150616-020303) and
OS build number : 26 on my MX4 ,while reinstalled via SP flash tool (aka MTK flash tool).No OTA-11 or 12
No upgrade possible,also no terminal included.
Got NO! windows ,but will try to get it with friends, Thanks for helping

The phone is already running ubuntu 15.04...........the old command line method doesn't work on MX4 and also tried different udev rules,it still not connecting in to recovery mode. guess still have to try different cables

@guyhighlander just a little update,still found no usb cable who works with the installer or way to activate ubports on my MX4, maybe will see after an upgrade ubports-installer.
But in the mean time bought Nexus 5, installed and testing it now as a normal user only!!!!

all good, after some more hours trying , got successful to use flyme now.

just need some help to flash flyme on meizu4 ubuntu edition.tryed the ubuntu touch a while,but is bit to slaggy and slow,wanna try flyme.

but struggling at the end with: adb sideload update.zip
get only : adb: sideload connection failed: closed

Sorry took some days,but successful reinstalled 15.04 ,now OpenStore and new apps available, will try some new and old ones out,if they working or not. Thanks for help

Sorry forgot it the Ubuntu based phone from maizu and i guess it was arale,like on https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io/device/arale.
maybe some thing went wrong with installation , while cant find openstore or cannot install it with uApp Explorer.

After flash my phone to Ubports ,got this in operating system: Ubuntu 15.04 (r500)
not sure if my phone is went through. Not one update since and cant install any apps.Don't know what to do with phone.
