ah i think when the Phone be shipped with Android 14 its ok, than i do a downgrade to Android 13

I have now tested the following:
Postmarket OS installed and running
Android 14 June 05 installed and running

I have the same problem. I've reinstalled Ubuntu Touch on my Fairphone three times using the UBports installer, but every time after the system update and the associated automatic reboot, the phone gets stuck on the Fairphone screen.
