If you talk about N5, it has 4G capacities (=LTE), but only for data, not for calling over 4G (=VoLTE).

Maybe you should consider buying a Pixel 3a/XL instead of N5.
The P3 is fully supported (all working 100%) and is way more recent hardware.
And moreover it'll receive 20.04 update for sure.

3. Are there commands / binaries that allow you to ping the bluetooth device?
4. In which countries UT does not support calls and sms?
