hello! I'd like to know if after noble the plan is to keep updating the ubuntu versions to like 24.10, 25.04 etc or noble will stay for a while and the focus will be on developing new features?

since Ubuntu Touch is a huge project with many areas of expertise one big need is more people working on it.
Is there a plan to increase donations or find new sponsors so that more people can be employed?
Is there a plan to make more volunteers contributing to it?
what about Google summer of code or such programs?thank you for your work and your time!

In the TODO list of OTA 13 there is the migration to QtWebEngine 5.14 which is based on chromium 77. Does this mean that at that point Progressive Web Apps (PWA) will be supported ion Ubuntu Touch? thank you
