@heyspencerb Yes, as Stanwood said the work made for VoLTE is better used on 20.04 so the job is done only once. 20.04 is more recent hence a much sturdier base to build something. This will also help for a better bluetooth support especially BLE IIRC. Basically all the work done for 16.04 is time lost for 20.04. Maintaining 16.04 is a necessary evil until 20.04 is ready but in order to get a better use of resources 20.04 has to make it out. I don't think your question made it to the show so I tried to give an answer here. Please don't answer here and open a new thread if you want to continue the discussion. Or you'll be able to ask it again in a couple of week.

@unisuperbox said in Ubuntu Touch Q&A 110 Saturday 9th October At 19:00 UTC: the problem of having too much to do [...] reduce scope If this is how it is, so be it. We're not running away. One low hanging fruit that I have been think about often: Why does it have to be a biweekly show? I think monthly could work just as well

@moem Although I don't understand what Halium is, despite watching Q&As for the past year, my impression is that it is not ready for general use. In fact Florian said almost that in the topic you linked to. Nevertheless it would be good to have an answer to the original question you mentioned.

BQ E5 HD Ubuntu Edition updated here nicely! However... I have noticed some TZ_DATA Errors : How can I solve those ? Same way you would on any Linux OS ?? I believe the error is that it can't find any data for Europe/Amsterdam as TZ_DATA. If you can tell me if there is any log file for the process then I can send it to you or quote it here

@capsia said in New Devices Page Now Online: @jezek Good! Can you make a pull request at https://gitlab.com/ubports/infrastructure/devices.ubuntu-touch.io/-/merge_requests to change that? Done.
