    Hi, Nexus 6P has problems with wifi driver sometimes crashing in the background. Did you try to disable and enable in this indicator? You can see, I have a lot of netowrks in range, and I am connected with my home net 🙂

    IMEI is normally obtained automatically. Does the device recognize the SIM at all? Whats shown when you go into system settings and then Network category?

    @lakotaubp Thanks.

    The link was for GPS, not WIFI.

    I did some digging, and turns out that without active mobile network card in the phone, AGPS will use a long time to get a fix.
    This is because AGPS use cell tower fix to determine rough location, and then get help from internet to calculate a more accurate position. (Simple explanation, read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Assisted_GPS)

    I put my phone card in the Nexus 6P, and even inside it took under 1 min for the unit to have a fix and position.

    So now I only have WIFI to sort out. 🙂

    ADB is currently not supported on any of the new Halium devices, sorry for that...

    Not an easy solution, ssh was thought to be a replacement, but of course it needs network...

    I would recommend to tar up user-data and system-data in recovery, then adb pull that stuff, drop it into the new device and unpack it there (after removing both folders that were there to avoid merges).
