Is OTA-5 released?

My phone is Nexus 4, OTA-3, stable.

This article says OTA-5 was released 7 days ago and I check every day, but still my phone haven't received this update, why? -
@mndis There is unfortunately a problem with the update affecting the move from ota3 to ota5. You could try switch to the dev channel in update setting which should give you the option to move to 16.04 dev or theres the installer option. Sorry for the issue

I think update OTA 5 stable is arrived for bq E5 hd : is name is UBUNTU TOUCH v4 : 471,4 Mo.

@domubpkm Not sure. If you only have Morph browser, new sounds and backgrounds then yes you do. Sorry for the delay.

For my BQ E4.5 now an update is announced in channel.Stable with the name 'Ubuntu touch version 4', size 469.9 MB. Is this now OTA-5? And if it is, why it is not called OTA-5?

@guru That should be it. Yes the numbering is confusing but is being looked at to make it clearer. It depends on the model and the channel. Mine for instance came through as five hundred and something as I'm on dev channel for the OPO.

@guru UBUNTU TOUCH v4 ** IS ** OTA 5 : I updated last night OTA 3 STABLE /OTA 5 STABLE on a BQ 4.5. But I had to desinstall some vivid app which were on the phone yet and didn't work. For the equivalent xenial of vivid apps, they were updated.
I noticed that vivid WALLPAPERS app works well on the xenial phone ! And download wallpapers is possible.
