@Keneda Surely if the Volla Phone's specs are higher than the PinePhone's they are also higher than the Librem 5's.

@domubpkm I think it's not time for comparisons. Volla phone campaign is still in its infancy, while UBports Pinephone sale period is (probably) running to the end.
Also note that Volla phone is equipped with a 6,3 inches screen size, that's quite big for some users.
Btw I strongly believe that Volla is an excellent product, with a strong hardware, that will be supported for years.
But don't wait too long, the price tends to increase gradually...

On this point, surely it's not by raising the price that it would upset the sales !!

@domubpkm Totally agree! The same happened with Purism Librem 5, when pre-orders started at 499$ in 2017 (If I well remember / correct me if I'm wrong), to reach now 749$.

@stanwood What I wanted to say more specifically is that I am not at all worried about a possible price increase. It will not happen!
What will make the product sell better will be a good communication campaign based on the success and speed of UT porting. The better the expected features will be deployed bug free the better the image will be. Simple in these words...

So I just did pre-order the Volla phone. I unfortunately confirm that price is increasing daily (CHF 380.- Wednesday, 383.- yesterday and 384.- today), as it's not a "normal" ordering process, but a crowdfunding campaign...

@stanwood Indeed, the price increases a little for you, but i think this is linked to the conversion of the exchange rate from € to CHF. This is not related to the price of the campaign itself which is always 359 €.

@domubpkm All right. Thank you for this clarification. I didn't think about currency rates... Logical...
