      Hi,

I used the developer mode and on that screen there's an option which let's you change the method for authentication (PIN, passphrase,...). In German it's "Sicherheit nach dem Entsperren". Translated it must be something like "security after unlocking".

I set this to PIN. Now I am not able to reactivate the fingerprint option. It's disabled and I can't find a way reenable it...

      Does somebody have any suggestions?

      Thank you!

@jojumaxx Seems like the phone "forgot" about the fingerprints that have been saved at that time. So I couldn't choose the fingerprint option, since "there were" no fingerprints.

I deleted them all and created new ones and after that the fingerprint option was enabled again. It seems to work normal again.

That's an issue you can report to volla with the workeround you found.

@jojumaxx Here's the link to the Vollaphone on UT issues:
              https://github.com/HelloVolla/ubuntu-touch-beta-tests/issues

I didn't find any specific open issue relative to fingerprint, so I guess you can indeed create a new issue.
