I've had luck with Pico-8 cartridges on the pinephone through Morph browser (lag and audio is a slight problem) I think a port of the offical Pico-8 console would be a huge step forward for ubports gaming. I've already emailed the development team for Pico-8 with no response. Try this cool from scratch complete supermario rebuild. Here:

In mean time you can find some other emulators in openstore, like Gearboy, Gearsystem or QVBAM. -

What do you intend to do ?
Flash and HTML5 are two different technology so I don't think you can.
But everything is possible so if you're willing to do the job you might get there...
