        Hi All!

Is it possible to make HDMI function work on F(x)tec Pro1-X (on UT 20.04) and connect the phone to an external monitor with an USB-C - HDMI cable/dock?

        Thanks in advance!

That kind of support is in the hands of porters.
You should open a feature request issue on device GitLab :

@qnx_guy No, the hardware doesn't support it even though it was supposed to 😅

@kugiigi Thanks 🙂 Any other solution to share/mirror/duplicate screen to an external monitor on UT 20.04?

@qnx_guy Aside from wireless display/miracast, none that I know. I also haven't gotten it to work well on my Pro1-X. Microsoft adapter might better but I don't have one.

Microsoft Miracast Adapter v2 works quite well for me, but seems to no longer be produced, and is quite hard to find.

I see many other Miracast adapters for sale, lacking the Microsoft brand. Anybody tried them?
UT functions very nicely with a wireless display connection, so it would be good if people knew there was an option.

@wally I bought an MS Wireless Adapter V2 a few days ago. It works (my Pro1-X runs Android 11), but there's some lagging (sometimes it freezes a little bit, as well), and of course it not as stable as a HDMI cable.
