@AppLee Thanks for your anser! Only to get it right and correctly: VoLte has to be activated so that VoWifi works? That means it depends on the port?

@vverve So you turned off cellular data and then you called your number and the phone rang? This is normal, and doesn't show that VoWiFi works or not.

@vverve that is the current development version. Extremely bleeding edge. Not recommended for your daily driver.

@OlePeeps its golden the n10 does receive and make calls with bleeding edge 24.04 2x daily not sure if it the stable has been updated to tell you the truth I've been using bleeding edge and its working really well without hiccups * asterix as for now. I can literally use it as daily driver now in the USA on T-Mobile sister towers is what I use metropcs Verizon seems to not like custom owes you could always port your phone number to a company that doesn't care what you use takes an hour and very worth it i d think

@jam1388 Excellent news that VoLTE is working for you! Congrats! As you continue to use it, any notes on functionality of SMS and MMS while on VoLTE would be appreciated.

Anyone looking to try it should note that Ruben has been clear on the N10 Telegram channel that VoLTE is still messy. Says it may be carrier dependent. He's working on it.
5G is also working, though again, all this is very new, and only in latest devel builds.

@vverve well the 5g icon appears I get well over 100mb per second no dropped calls yet for being extremly buggy they say I have not seen anything really except morph browser its not appealing to the eye because I have to do alot of pinching and dragging to scroll around a website so ill explore some in the openstore because I heard someone talk about uwolf or something so ill give it a try. So far im satisified and I am going to use it as a daily and see what happens sso far nothing crashed and waydroid runs great lol

                              @jam1388 24.04-2.x now .

A never saw nice ubports welcome feature with links .
sms in and out works for now , does see a 2G/3G/4G/5G option , but , ha ha , first time i checked my cheap carrier 5G coverage , yet ,surprised it is that sparse , big cities and parts of highway , nearest would be 50-60km from my country side place .
Will post if it pickup 5G when available if near by it ,
+observations about other working or not features or updates breaking some.
                              edit: Volte support , hmmm , no lte , still L .
I should have, at my place , what my carrier call 4G+ ..
so as i did in the past taught it was working , and it was not ,
task bar logo speaking , it is not clear , to me .
I will be back with more precisions and result once i move around !!

@vverve Sounds good all is well here on usa T-Mobile 5G is a go on the it has to be 25.04.2x daily for anyone wanting to make calls anyways on the nord n10 I also wanted to point out of anyone has the metro version n10 the installer says not compatible because its number doesn't much exactly 10.5.7 but it installed flawlessly with manual selection n10 but it works just fine as the tmobile variant so its compatible for me anyways seems like with the progress with the 5g fix that will help the community grow that's for sure this was such a huge milestone for the ubports i can now be able to not have to replace this phone for years even lenageos stopped maintaining the device which is crazy because it has 128 storage 8 core CPU 6gigs of ram but yet ite old enough for end of life no updates must be an android thing anyways this is like a brand new phone now the installation was like outing a new battery in as well it loves ubuntu touch that's for sure anyways have a good one!

Just to clarify for other readers, theabove is true if 3G has already been shut down where you live. N10 works fine on 3G (and 2G).

Thanks for your report @jam1388. Very good news!

Sorry ,not the ''mad'' tester here and not a network-tech-nerd either,+ , not in an urge to travel to 5 G aera to report any success . It look like i live in an inbetween towers place , its switching often from 2G to 3G, ha ha , which my son, an android user with more phone experience says ;both does not exist anymore !!?! Cough cough , dont try to educate us , we will figure it out one day .

@vverve 2g is still up in a lot of areas with T-Mobile. 2g & 3g are still up if you live under the footprint of one of the Baby Bell regional carriers. They are small and slow to swap out their tower hardware.

Sounds good im still good on bleeding edge I have no choice to use it really because if you do the use the stable version you get call failed and no VOLTE. I would think they could just add what they did for VOLTE in this bleeding edge version to the stable version although im not complaining ill use it till something major happens.
