@CiberSheep Sorry for incorrect description: on my device(volla quintus), stable 24.04.1, the openstore app itsself opens with an endless spinning wheel. I can go to settings and back, but the app doesn't finish to open. I will do a restart now to look f its solved then.

A restart doesn't fix the issue. Here are my logs:

I'd think that this has nothing to do with a particular app then.
For me, this happens quite often when my network connection is bad (as in 'mostly useless', less than 1Mbit/s). Could you check this point with a speed test from the browser ?
It would be great if the store app itself would point at a network problem in this case.

@gpatel-fr Internet is quick, did not check it by test, but all other apps are quick( morph, dekko, teleports etc)

oh.I just see, that I cannot reach open-store.io by morph neither, so it must be a problem with the site, not with the app.

@CiberSheep On my laptop it has indeed only a delay... but on morph it doesn't appear at all. And the app looks like this for minutes.photo_2025-11-26_19-08-38.jpg

Err, sorry if I assume wrongly about your general knowledge of Internet, but is there a common path between the 2 devices ? Usually a laptop will be connected through a cable or fiber modem, while a phone is connected by a cellular link. That's 2 very different network paths, usually the cabled one being a lot more reliable than a radio link (there are exceptions of course)

Unless your laptop and the phone are both using wifi from your Internet box, that's the only case where you can directly consider that there is a direct comparison between the 2 devices. If you don't use this setup, you could try it to get a better idea of the problem.

@gpatel-fr Whn I set both devices on wifi from my Internetbox, the issue was gone for one time, but the next time it was there again. So a little bit spooky and totally inconsistent and far beyond my skills.
