I am using UbuntuTouch on a pixel 3A since a couple of years, with a small break just after the 24.04 update until the last week. Now I have realized that I am not getting any notification from Teleports. No sound, but neither items under the notification indicator.
I receive new messages regularly, but I have to open the app, and check each chat for new messages.

Anyone else experimenting the same issue?

Dekko2 works fine for emails, SMS too. I don't know if there is any other app using notifications, just to test them.

@hilbert From time to time, I have issues with teleports notifications. Sometimes it completely stops working and sometimes it's very delayed.

@hilbert There are no external notifications of messages received for Teleports with Noble. The only way to see if a message is received is to open the app and there the messages received are displayed by contact. The problem is known.

            Hello!
Exactly the same problem here, using Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.1 on Fairphone 4.
The notifications used to work fine until around two months ago (even after upgrading to 24.04), then works sporadically and now not working any longer.
Notifications are working properly for Dekko et SMS.
I've tried clearing cache and configuration of the app or desabling/allowing the notifications for the app but nothing really helps...
            Any ideas?

            Thanks !

The difference between Teleports on the one hand and Dekko / SMS on the other hand is that Teleports depends on the UBports push server for notifications, while notifications for Dekko and SMS are generated locally on the device. There's an issue in the lomiri-push-service repo regarding this. Although the issue mentions DeltaTouch, it should be the same underlying problem.

For what it's worth I don't use a lot Telegram, but I do receive Telegram notifications with Teleports on 24.04-1.1, I did receive a notification today.

                  Thanks @lk108 !
Indeed, it's the same issue as for DeltaTouch : when I reboot with Wifi enabled and connected, notifications appear. Don't know for how long though...
Hope it will be fixed soon!
