        Hello,
I'm running Ubuntu Touch 24.04-1.1 on Fairephone 4.
I've tried to install the upgrade proposed via the system upgrade manager but it seems to failed and I has the fastboot screen prompted and choose the first line to reboot the system.
But I'm now stuck into the Fairphone Logo when I wan't to reboot.
I've tried using the installer from my PC, but I can't access the fastboot mode (neither with the volum up+power or the volum down+power combinaison)
So I'm a bit desperate as it's my only smartphone, that I use everyday, inclunding for work...
        Any ideas ?
        Thank you!

          @Emmelyne

can you see the phone using
          adb devices

          if yes can you try

          adb reboot bootloader

After a night of err, thought, I'd add that it could be interesting to use 'adb shell' to see if it's possible to take a look at the system journal or 'adb pull' to get at the system journals (under /var/log/journal) for further debugging.
It nothing is possible, a way forward could be to flash Android and from there reflash 24.04-1.1.

Edit: I just remembered that there was a post from @fredldotme talking about a kernel security update for the FP4, if this has been backported to the stable version, it could explain that the upgrade for FP4 could carry a higher risk.

              Thank all for your answers!
I eventually managed to reboot on fastboot connecting the turned off device in usb and pressing volum down key.
I then run the installer and I've got my FP4 with Ubunt touch back!

@gpatel-fr Ok I'll wait a little bit more time before the upgrade though...
                Thanks!
