In the GOD of Canonical UT I could somohow configure that the device does not get locked while listening to a audio stream in the browser. How this must be done with the Morph Browser?

@guru have you tried to avoid Morph app suspension using UT Tweak tool?

I tried to find it yesterday and could not find it. Now I see it in a menu Apps Scopes and I'm asking me what this headline has to do with configuring apps. Thanks for the pointer anyway.

Do you know as well how this could be done on phablet's cmd line?

I guess that is what you are looking for: https://github.com/ubports/morph-browser/pull/132
You find it in todays devel image. But only go for it if you feel adventurous (because of some other scary changes there... ;-)). Otherwise better wait until it lands in RC.

@hummlbach Can't we make the audio playback go through media-hub instead of keeping the screen on? It would be a much better solution, as keeping the screen on will kill battery quickly.

Sorry for not being exact enough: changing the parameter Prevent app suspension with the UT Tweak Tool has no visible effect.

Yes that wont keep it from locking the screen. I think what @advocatux meant is, you could prevent the app suspension and then it doesn't matter whether the screen gets locked or not (talking about audio playback) since your playback may continue either ways... I say 'May continue' because on the pro5 for example it seems CPU is throttled down (or something that) with bad effects on streaming stuff over the network when locking the screen and then it doesn't matter whether app was suspended or not....

I think the required feature is disable lock when idle when this was set to some time 30s,...10m. I must dig into my old notes from the GOD.
