New video player - Urplayer

@syper It is always a good idea to bring a new video player. Thank you. Many are/will be interested. Good development.

At the moment, I haven't seen a link for bug reports and requests, so it's about me:

V 1 tested:

Under Nexus 5: Sound but no image (black screen);
Under BQ E5 HD: works normally but the loading time (by gallery or file manager) of a file seems long (for a mp4 file of 45 minutes duration).

May this new player support the widest possible range of formats.

@domubpkm I am indeed looking to add new reading format.
For nexus 5 there is a problem of hardware decoding I can not do anything.

This is a native video player and not the same as UTMedia?
I thought it's the latter so I was hoping it'll be a good workaround on Nexus 5 but yeah, it's just black

UTMedia is in html not in QML as UrPlayer

@syper Hi. I thought this video player could read 3gpp format but no, alas. I didn't find a 3gpp player working with UT.
is the project to implement new formats still on your drawing board?
