Arm64 apps and testing

Cool new Onion Browser
I was able to
clickable --arch arm64
by removing this from the clickable.json:"dependencies_host": [ "tor:armhf" ],
-
Onion browser now in the OpenStore : )
-
@joe
Thank you so much for this. I've downloaded it and am now going to use it as default.@UniSuperBox
Please would you promote this app on the next Q&A - Tor is something that a lot of us have been asking for for a long time, and something that sits well with our ethos of Privacy. -

Is this what I've become? An advertising firm?

Not for me.
Will be very useful occasionally when the browser is more advanced. And we don't do anything with TOR and go anywhere. See also https://telegra.ph/TOR-Anonymity-Things-Not-To-Do-While-Using-TOR-01-25
I have full confidence in morph-browser, sometimes used with a vpn if I find it useful.
One can also, just for security reasons, wish to be seen to a certain extent, instead of being totally invisible ! -
@3arn0wl To clarify. I didn't make the app, but I did make it work on arm64 that day
Seems to be mutliarch support on openstore now. Yay!
-
well done though, @joe.

Anyone got uNav running at all. Still keeps crashing on start on OP3
-
@Lakotaubp same on my 3T.
-
@thilov Thanks. Are you also missing sticker support on Teleports too. Lsot track of things a bit recently.
-
@Lakotaubp The Sticker support for TELEports is still in progress. @Flohack released a armhf.click with Sticker support in the QA group but not for arm/amd64 so far.
Or did I miss anything? -
@thilov No thats what reminded me. Thats for sending stickers I think. That reminded me I hadn't seen them on arm64 so wanted to check I hadn't missed something. Thanks.
-
New Teleports available for testing if you want to try https://gitlab.com/ubports/apps/teleports/-/jobs/441839501/artifacts/file/build/aarch64-linux-gnu/app/teleports.ubports_0.6.0.200218173530_arm64.click
(it has stickers) -
Hi all!
Looks like my app Sturm Reader crashes on start on arm64 devices... Maybe it is because I still use the old com.canonical.Oxide API. If someone with a arm64 device could download it from the Open Store and send me logs would be amazing!!! Thanks -
@Emanuele-Sorce
Hi, this is the error message I got on the PinePhoneUsing Wayland-EGL file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/sturmreader.emanuelesorce/2.0.9/ui/main.qml:54 Type BookPage unavailable file:///opt/click.ubuntu.com/sturmreader.emanuelesorce/2.0.9/ui/BookPage.qml:11 module "com.canonical.Oxide" is not installed
Your guess was good

@AppLee thank you!
