what's app :(

Dear friends,
I have to use what's in work what would be the best most contained way to use it.
wish app is the best to use for nexus 5 ? -
@stan do you want to use whatsapp ? If so, you can run it with anbox, if nexus 4 supports it. It works well for messaging, but not calls.
-
@Emphrath thank you very much for the suggestion i will only use it for work groups messages.
may i ask please what is anbox and how to use it ? -
@stan It's a container that allows the running of some android apps but is really only a proof of concept rather than fully up and running. Can you not use one of the webapps in the OpenStore.
-
@Lakotaubp yeah that was my original question which one of them is best and safest to use
-
@stan
To answer your question : IDKBut I know that using a webapp from the store requires an actual android phone running WhatsApp.
If I understand well how it works, the web server act as a gateway to connect the android app acting as a server.
I may be wrong, but that's what I heard when I was considering this devilish app... -

I may be wrong, but that's what I heard when I was considering this devilish app...Apart of the fact that for political reasons I would not use WhatsApe, isnβt this web app not just brain dead nonsense?
-
@guru it is because the web portal for Whatsapp doesn't do anything without a phone connected to their service... for whatever reason...
I'm stunned that Whatsapp is considered work communication appropriate
