Just wait for someone who can help you, or maybe ask on XDA, they give help for UBports AND androΓ―d.
-
All you need can be found via one of Googles websites. Having not done it I don't have a link handy, but it should be easy to find with a websearch.
Edit: Sorry got you mixed up with a nexus 5 user

@arubislander Not to go too off topic but it'd be amazing if the Ubuntu Touch installer did that, perhaps you could even brand it as an open source operating system installer for mobile?
-
Yeah will be great if the installer can make a save of our old room for make return if you want ,because for the moment is really easy to go , but hard to come back

@liscar if installing stock android gets too hard, maybe try installing some cutsom rom like LineageOS? those are generally easier to install

Hi!
Did you try to reflash the phone using twrp and the latest official .zip? Theoretically speaking it should be possible to copy the current upgrade https://www.oneplus.com/de/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1574156097213 onto a sd card or the internal storage of the phone. Flash the phone with twrp recovery ( https://twrp.me/oneplus/oneplusone.html) , reboot to recovery and flash the zip from within the twrp recovery.
