@liselotte four questions,
Are you on OTA 11 or OTA 12 rc?
Is it when you want to upload a file to the mail or download it to the mobile ?
There are 2 webapp Tutanota, which one do you use?
Can you take a screenshot when the error occurs?

lol... not sure you understood the question.
What is system version on your device ?
OTA means "On The Air" and refers here on last version (12) or previous ones (11, 10, or any other) -

@liselotte I don't use this webapp but If you are on OTA 11, it's not possible to download from any webapp. But you can do that now from dev or rc channel or you wait some days OTA 12.
You will find the downloaded file in
home/.local/share/ name tutanota webapp folder/downloads -
@liselotte Ok, the problem with downloading files happens in every webapp, this is because they are changing the browser engine from Oxide to Qtwebengine,
This problem occurs up to OTA 11, from OTA 12 you can already make downloads,
You do this as in the Morph browser, you click to download the file and you get another screen,
Then you click on the downloaded file and tell it which app you want to view or place the file in.
Greetings...

Sorry, I've been trying to download from Tutanota mail and you can't download files from Ut, you don't do it with your browser and neither from webapp,
The problem is from Tutanota, I have 4 different emails and they all download the files without problems,
Gmail, Protonmail, Mailbox and Mailo,
We have an option, use Dekko for Tutanota mail and verify that it works
Regards....
