I wonder how many times can you vote when starting Onion again and again with a different IP
As many times as your traffic is routed to a different exit node.
-
@Opolork Yeah. Multiple voting works in Onion on mobile UT.
-
@arubislander Already checked. You can vote as many times as you like =)))))))) Is this a joke? =)))))))

@Opolork

-
@ziggutas I see. Yes, UT has risen up the poll.

Well, in this instance it is because cast votes are tied to IP address, and since you are using Tor, the IP address the website sees changes all the time.
But in general, yes. While I would't call it a joke per se, popularity metrics on Distrowatch do need to be taken with a heavy bag of salt.

Why?
To show the world that we exist.
-
-
@Moem Precisely.
-
@Keneda Ok.
-
Call me cynical, but I never follow invitations to "open this link" unless I know the the person involved or he provides a reasonable explanation for doing so.
-
@cliffcoggin It's DistroWatch, not some obscure little known website. Don't vote then if you feel that way. Jeesh.
-
UBports: 146 votes (18% overall). Very nice!

I've never heard of it, hence the need for some explanation.
-
@cliffcoggin Ok, I just presumed that everyone here would have heard of DW.
