What happened to External Drives?

Good day folks.
While skimming through my applications to uninstall any that I do not use, I came across External Drives. Strangely it is not listed in my installed applications nor is it shown in the Open Store. Is this something to be concerned about, or can I leave it the phone?
Nexus 5 on OTA-16 stable. -
@cliffcoggin It is for managing external drives like SD card and flash drives. It
s not in the OpenStore installed apps list because it's probably a deb and not a click app similar to other preinstalled apps like Morph. -

It's there from the beginning (as far as i remember) of uTouch when it was canonical. -
Thanks, I am reassured. I had not realised there were applications I could not uninstall using Open Store.
